ORDERING:  You may order by telephone or e-mail.  We will be happy to discuss your needs, answer questions, and assist in every way to easily process your order.    A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to start the order.  We accept Personal Checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax will be added as applicable. Production time is approximately 8-10 weeks plus time in transit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:  Completed furniture will be shipped, using a reputable shipper, upon receipt of your final payment.  Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipping. Shipping or Delivery fee is C.O.D.  We will make all arrangements and provide you with a quote.  While in transit, your order will be insured by the shipper.  Please inspect immediately upon delivery, and make any claims or notes in writing on the bill of lading (or delivery paperwork) before accepting the goods.
